I also visited the wedding barn at Abbey Farm. This is a new build and there is a video of the process on YouTube. Apart from the large windows and a fireplace and chimney, this is an almost perfect reproduction of a traditional mud & stud barn. It is five and a half bays long with a central midstrey. It has jowled wall posts with arch braces to the tie beams and wall plates.
