Town Head Barn, Malham

Town Head Barn is an 18th century bank barn in the village of Malham, Yorkshire. It is now a visitor information centre of the Malham Cove area.

It consists of a large former threshing barn with a later granary on the top level  above a stable, shippon, meal store and cart shed. Now owned by the National Trust, the internal fittings and wood work are mostly original and it now has information about the importanc eof this type of barn and its role in the agricultural life of the area.
