This is one of about half-a-dozen of the red brick thatched barns I visited during a visit to Norfolk a few years ago. The owner was very friendly and allowed me to photograph inside and out.

It is a large, seventeenth century, gabled, brick barn with two entrances and exits. The thatched, timber roof is similar to others in the area, being a basic tie beam with raked struts and a collar beam above that. There are curved windbraces to the upper purlin and tie beams some of which have been replaced later with straight ones.
