Litlle Comberton is a picturesque Worcestershire village with a number of typical timber-framed houses. The manor stands on where Manor Lane makes a ninety degree turn and the barn sits behind a nineteenth century stable block facing onto the lane.
It is a mid C16 timber-frame barn with square panelled walls and brick infilling. Parts of the wall are clapboard clad. The gable ends are decorated brick. It has 5 bays and is 80 ft long by 22 ft wide. There are two purlins to each roof slope, the lower purlins have wind braces.
It is still in agricultural use, storing hay for the horses in the attached stables.
