Trerice Great Barn

The great barn at Trerice in Cornwall is a typical south-western barn. It is built on a slope so that it can accommodate animal byres below and the threshing barn above. There are two wings attached to either end forming a farm courtyard facing the manor house. It has a central midstrey with a wagon porch facing the courtyard.

Trerice is now owned by the National Trust. The barn has been converted into a Tea Room and the undercroft is a teaching area and toilets.
