On a recent trip to Shropshire, while driving along a single track road, I pulled over to allow a local driver to pass. She stopped to check that we were not lost and thanked me for giving way.
About a mile further on we spotted this barn and the driver we had seen was unloading her weekly shop. I pulled in to help her unload and she gave permission for me to photograph the barn.
It is of post and truss construction with clapboard cladding. Being on such a steep slope, it is no longer suitable for either arable or pastoral farming use and is just used for general storage.
