Barn at Kestle Barton, Cornwall

Kestle Barton is an ancient Cornish farmstead situated above the Helford River. Over the last five years the owners have carefully restored the farmhouse and converted the barns into a gallery and holiday cottages.

The main barn is on two stories with a stone ground floor and cob upper story. This is a traditional layout with animal accommodation below and a hay loft above.

The gallery is in what was probably an animal byre. The conversion in both buildings has been done to a very high standard.
